We pack frozen raw food in insulated packaging to help maintain its temperature during courier transit. Some partial thawing may occur, but it should still arrive suitably cold. Follow the product's storage and refreezing guidance.
Fast dispatch
Order before 3pm Monday–Thursday for same-day dispatch. After 3pm, orders leave on our next dispatch day.
Protecting your frozen food
No dispatch Friday–Sunday. We avoid weekend dispatches to reduce the risk of frozen food being held at courier depots. Orders after Thursday's cutoff normally leave Monday (excluding bank holidays).
