Local Delivery – Dorset and Surrounding Areas

This service is for customers within our local delivery area only and is separate from our nationwide courier service.

Monday deliveries

We deliver to the following postcodes every Monday:

BH1–BH18, BH21–BH25, BH31 and DT11

  • Local delivery costs £3.49

  • Minimum order value is £32

  • The order cut-off is midnight on Sunday for Monday delivery

  • Deliveries take place between 8:00am and 8:00pm

On the morning of your delivery, once our driver has set off and the route has been planned, you’ll receive an email containing an estimated 30-minute delivery window.

As your order contains frozen products, please ensure somebody is available to receive it and place it in the freezer as soon as possible.

 

Nationwide Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across mainland England and Wales using APC Overnight.

Nationwide delivery starts from £7.99, with the final delivery charge increasing depending on the quantity and weight of food ordered. The correct delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout.

All frozen products are securely packed in insulated packaging to help keep them frozen or cold enough to safely refreeze upon arrival.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day following dispatch; however, APC’s next-day service is not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods, adverse weather or unexpected courier delays.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next available working day. We may delay dispatch where necessary to prevent frozen products from being held at a courier depot over a weekend or Bank Holiday.

Tracking your delivery

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your delivery through the APC website or app.

Please do not change the delivery date through APC once your frozen order has been dispatched, as this may cause delays and affect the condition of your order.

Receiving your order

No signature is required, and APC may leave your parcel in a safe place if nobody is available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and provide suitable safe-place instructions when ordering.

If your order contains more than one parcel, the parcels may occasionally arrive separately or with different APC drivers on the same day.

Frozen products may arrive partially defrosted but still cold. Providing they remain suitably chilled, they can generally be placed straight into the freezer. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives warm or you are concerned about its condition, including photographs of the products and packaging.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to mainland England and Wales. Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver frozen products to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or other offshore locations.
