Our frozen raw food leaves us frozen, whether delivered locally, by courier or collected in store.

Our frozen raw food travels in our temperature-controlled van and normally arrives frozen. Some slight softening may occur, particularly in warmer weather.

We pack frozen raw food in insulated packaging to help maintain its temperature during courier transit. Some partial thawing may occur, but it should still arrive suitably cold. Follow the product's storage and refreezing guidance.
Fast dispatch
Order before 3pm Monday–Thursday for same-day dispatch. Later orders normally leave on our next dispatch day.
Protecting your frozen food
No dispatch Friday–Sunday. This helps prevent frozen parcels being held at courier depots over the weekend. Orders after Thursday's cutoff normally leave Monday, excluding bank holidays.

- Our adult calculator starts at 2% of bodyweight a day, then adjusts for your answers. This is a starting estimate, and you can adjust the daily portion when reviewing your plan.
- Do you deliver outside Dorset?
- Yes — frozen courier delivery is available to eligible UK mainland postcodes, alongside our own Dorset delivery rounds. For Scottish or remote postcodes, contact us first to confirm courier coverage and charges.
- Can I feed more than one dog from one order?
- Absolutely. Add every dog, and we combine their food into one delivery.
- Can I order on a regular delivery?
- Yes — regular deliveries are available and you can choose a supported weekly gap between deliveries at checkout. Your first subscription order gets 20% off. There's no minimum commitment — contact the shop to pause, change or cancel before your next scheduled payment.
