Nationwide frozen delivery

Packed frozen for eligible UK mainland addresses. £32 minimum order. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Scottish Lowlands from £9.99; Highlands and Islands require a quotation and confirmation of a suitable frozen-food service. Checkout confirms availability and the final charge.

  • Order before 3pm Monday–Thursday for same-day dispatch.
  • No dispatch Friday–Sunday, to avoid frozen food being held at courier depots.
  • Delivery normally within 24–48 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
  • We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
  • Scottish Lowlands: £9.99 up to 20kg, £10.99 over 20kg up to 34kg, £20.99 over 34kg up to 60kg, and £36.99 over 60kg up to 120kg. Highlands and Islands: contact info@rawdogsdorset.com for a quotation; automatic delivery is unavailable.

Free collection is available from Moordown and Blandford, with no order minimum. Select an available store at checkout; we'll email you when the order is ready. Collect during that store's opening hours.

Delivery by area

Keeping nationwide orders frozen

Nationwide parcels travel in insulated packaging designed to keep food frozen or suitably chilled. Some parcels may arrive partially thawed while still very cold. When food has remained properly chilled, packaging is intact and the manufacturer permits it, partial thawing may still allow prompt refreezing. If any food arrives warm or you are unsure, contact us before using or refreezing it. Follow the product's storage instructions.

Local Dorset orders are delivered separately in our temperature-controlled van.
