Eligible first subscription orders may receive 20% off once. Renewals are not discounted by that introductory offer: the later price is shown separately before checkout. Our 10-box bulk deals do not qualify for the 20% introductory promotion. We never assume a discount applies to every item or repeat schedule.

How does a raw dog food subscription work?
Choose an eligible product, select Subscribe & Save if offered, and pick one of the repeat schedules available for that exact item. Checkout confirms the first charge, later charges and delivery arrangements before you pay.
Is there a discount on the first subscription?
Some eligible items offer 20% off the first subscription order only, subject to eligibility. This is not a permanent 20% reduction on renewals, and the 10-box deals are excluded from that introductory offer. Always check the exact first and recurring prices at checkout.
Can I change, pause or cancel my raw food subscription?
There is no minimum commitment for a new subscription. Sign in to your customer account to manage future deliveries, update payment details, pause, reschedule or cancel. Make changes before the next payment is processed; cancellation does not reverse an order already charged.
Do subscriptions deliver outside Dorset?
