Unpack promptly. Food that remains frozen can go straight into the freezer. If partially thawed but still thoroughly chilled, with intact packaging and manufacturer guidance permitting it, it may generally be refrozen promptly. Contact us if it arrives warm or you are unsure.

- Orders travel frozen in insulated packaging. Some partial thawing may occur in transit. Food still frozen should go into the freezer promptly; partially thawed food may generally be refrozen only if it has stayed thoroughly chilled, packaging is intact and the manufacturer permits it. Contact us if warm or uncertain.
