  Our frozen raw food travels in our temperature-controlled van and normally arrives frozen. Some slight softening may occur, particularly in warmer weather.

  Your delivery time

  You'll get an email on the morning of your delivery with a 30-minute time slot.

  You'll receive another email once your food has been delivered.

  We pack frozen raw food in insulated packaging to help maintain its temperature during courier transit. Some partial thawing may occur, but it should still arrive suitably cold. Follow the product's storage and refreezing guidance.

  Fast dispatch

  Order before 3pm Monday–Thursday for same-day dispatch. After 3pm, orders leave on our next dispatch day.

  Protecting your frozen food

  No dispatch Friday–Sunday. We avoid weekend dispatches to reduce the risk of frozen food being held at courier depots. Orders after Thursday's cutoff normally leave Monday (excluding bank holidays).

  Usually within 24–48 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
